We are small,
and hiring.

We are looking for engineers who think blocking the wrong thing is more interesting than writing the right one. If you have ever debugged an agent at 3 a.m. and thought this should never have run, we want to talk.
I. Who we want.

Taste, conviction, and a high tolerance for the hot path.

We are early. The team is tiny. Everyone here ships product, talks to design partners, and writes their own essays. Titles will be invented later. The work is the resume.

We care about: precision, in code and in prose. A bias for the simplest mechanism that works. Comfort being wrong on Tuesday and right by Friday. Some kind of relationship with rigor; we are building infrastructure people will lean on.

If a refusal is a sentence, you should be able to write one.

II. Open roles

A short list.

Founding engineer.

Runtime, policy engine, decision events. Python and TypeScript. You will own surfaces end-to-end.

SF / Palo Alto

Founding design partner engineer.

Embed with our first customers. Write integrations, write the playbook, write back what we should build next.

SF / Palo Alto

Founding designer.

The dashboard, the docs, the brand. You will set the bar for what infra software can look like.

SF / Remote

Don't see your role?

Write to us anyway, with what you would build. We read every email.

III. Get in touch

One address,
two founders, every email read.

Tell us what you have built, what you want to build, and the bug you are still mad about. No cover letters. No portals.
